We’re throwing a BIG celebration for Itty Bitty Magic City’s 10th birthday—with fun for the whole family. Enjoy special science programming typically reserved for our youngest visitors, now popping up throughout the museum for one day only! We’ll also have special appearances from Goldfish Swim School, Fiddlesticks Music, and Hand in Paw. Plus: free cookies starting at 11 am until they run out and free face painting by Reecehunney from 10 AM–2 PM. Come help us celebrate a decade of big learning for itty bitty minds!\nTo reduce the risk of overcrowding, Itty Bitty Magic City will have timed entry on this day. This event is for all ages but Itty Bitty Magic City will only be accessible to children 0-6 and their families, like any other day.\nProgram Schedule\n\nLaunch Lab: Party Edition (10:00-2:00)\nBuild your own launchers to send plush cupcakes flying and pom-poms popping in a hands-on lab of motion and creativity. Work in teams to construct and knock down cup towers or launch pom-poms into the air with balloon party poppers.\nCode-a-Snack (12:00-4:00)\nGuide a robotic caterpillar through a field of treats by programming it with up, down, left, and right commands. Collect all the snack fixings to build a delicious sandwich as you show off your coding skills in this tasty challenge.\nThe Great Birthday Blowout (11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM)\nMake a wish and ignite the excitement in this demonstration that brings freeze, fizz, and flame together in one big science celebration.
